We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Intermediate to Senior) to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing brands to life through digital storytelling, motion design, and engaging social content. Whether you're an experienced intermediate designer ready for your next challenge or a senior designer looking to make a larger creative impact, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity
You'll collaborate with strategists, writers, account managers and developers to create compelling creative solutions across multiple channels. This is a hands-on design role where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to creative concepts, execute polished design work, and help shape campaigns from initial idea through final delivery.
Motion graphics and digital-first creative are becoming increasingly important for our clients, so we're looking for someone who is excited to create content that performs across social platforms and digital channels.
What You'll Do
Design and develop creative across a variety of media, including:
- Brand identities and visual systems
- Marketing campaigns across digital and print
- Websites, landing pages and user interface design
- Event, conference and experiential materials
- Presentation design and pitch materials
- Email marketing and digital communications
- Social media campaigns and always-on content
- Motion graphics, animated social content and short-form video
- Storyboards, reels, digital ads and paid media creative
You'll also:
- Participate in concept development and brainstorming
- Translate creative briefs into strategic visual solutions
- Create engaging social-first creative optimized for each platform
- Produce motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Ensure all work aligns with client brand standards
- Present creative ideas internally and, where appropriate, directly to clients
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, digital and account teams
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Stay current on design, social media and digital content trends
- Contribute ideas that elevate both client work and agency creative standards
What We're Looking For
- 3–8+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns and social media creative
- Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
- Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms
- Strong understanding of creating assets optimized for paid and organic social
- Ability to think conceptually while delivering polished execution
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Skills
Required:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software)
Strong Assets:
- Motion graphics and animation
- Video editing and colour correction
- Basic sound editing
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Webflow or WordPress experience
- AI-powered creative tools
- Experience creating assets for digital advertising platforms

Compensation
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and portfolio.
